Section 30

of Native Courts Ordinance, 1992 ( Ord. No. 9/92 )

Section 30

This Ordinance shall apply to all investigations, inquiries, trials, cases and other proceedings pending on the date of its coming into force in the same manner as it applies to investigations, inquiries, trials, cases and other proceedings commenced after its coming into force.
