Section 32

If any difficulty should arise in bringing into operation any of the provisions of this Ordinance, or in giving effect to the purposes thereof, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, by Order, make such provision as may seem to him necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulty and, by such Order may vary, annul or add to the provisions of this Ordinance:

Provided that no Order under this section shall be made after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Ordinance.
