Section 18
(1)
The Court may of its own motion or on the application of any party to any proceedings, fix or vacate or alter the hearing of such proceedings or any part thereof having due regard to the precedence of other proceedings.
(2)
Where the hearing of a proceedings is adjourned, any party may apply to have a day fixed for the hearing of it.
