Section 22
(1)
At any stage in any proceedings, the Court may order any person to attend the hearing of such proceedings to give evidence or produce any document which shall be specified or described in the order, the production of which appears to the Court to be necessary for the purpose of that proceedings.
(2)
A subpoena shall contain the name of one person only.
