Surrender of certificate of registration

Section 24
(1)

Where the name of a registered person has been ordered by the Council to be removed from the Register, that person shall deliver his certificate of registration to the Council within fourteen days of the receipt of the order.

(2)

Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.
