Alterations to the Registers

Section 27
Without prejudice to any other provision of this Act, if the Council is satisfied that a registered person—
(a)
is deceased;
(b)
is no longer practising as an optician or optometrist in
Malaysia; or
(c)
is admitted to or confined in any mental hospital under any law, the Council shall cause his name and all particulars relating to him to be removed from the appropriate Register.
