Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia
Berhad Act 2001.
(2)
This Act shall apply to the classes of employers in the industries specified in Part I of the First Schedule.
(3)
This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
