Section 28
(1)
For the purposes of this Part, the Minister may appoint from any public office such number of officers, to be known as authorized officer, as he deems necessary.
(2)
The Minister shall appoint an officer to be known as Officer in Charge from amongst the authorized officers appointed under subsection (1).
