Section 48
(1)
The Minister may make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for prescribing—
(a)
the registration of employers for the purposes of this Act;
(b)
matters relating to enforcement;
(c)
the imposition and collection of the levy;
(d)
offences which may be compounded and the procedure for compounding such offences; or
(e)
any other matter which is expedient or necessary for the purposes of this Act.
