Re-registration of employers

Section 17
(1)
An employer who has been deregistered by the Corporation under subsection 16(2) and is re-registered within a period of two years from the date of deregistration shall continue to be eligible to receive any financial assistance or other benefits to which the employer was entitled prior to the deregistration.

(2)
If an employer has been deregistered under subsection (1), and has not been re-registered within the period of two years from the date of deregistration, the employer shall lose the eligibility to receive any financial assistance or other benefits to which the employer was entitled prior to the deregistration.
