STAMP DUTY (AMENDMENT) (No.2) ORDER 1991

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (1A) of the Stamp Act 1949, the Minister makes the following order:

This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Act 1949 is amended by deleting items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
