Regulations
The Minister may from time to time make such regulations as he may consider necessary or expedient to give effect to this
Act and for the due administration, and in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
prescribing any event in respect of which totalisator investments may be received;
(b)
prescribing fees to be paid for any matter or thing required or authorized to be done under this Act;

(c)
prescribing pool betting duty or commission payable under this Act; and
(d)
prescribing any social and welfare purpose in respect of which the Board may distribute moneys from its funds.
