Tampering with official mark on a postal article

Section 70

(a)

put any wrong official mark on a postal article; or

(b)

alter, remove or cause to disappear any official mark on a postal article.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
