Section 11

Where an officer or an authorized officer exercises the powers of search pursuant to sections 6,7,9 and 18 he shall prepare a list (signed by him) of all objects seized in the course of the search and a copy of the list shall without undue delay be sent to the owner or the person in charge of the vehicle or to the owner or occupier of the dwelling house shop business premises or other building or to his representative, personally or by post.
