Section 16
(1)
Every warrant of arrest granted under this Act shall—
(a)
be in the form prescribed by Schedule Nine; and
(b)
remain in force for a reasonable period.
he may arrest the person without a warrant of arrest.
(2)
A warrant of arrest granted under this Act may be executed in any part of Malaysia and, if not executed, may be renewed by a Magistrate.
