Section 27
(1)
When a Magistrate makes an order for forfeiture pursuant to sections 25 and 26, he shall order that the subject matter of the order be delivered to the Game Warden of the State in which the subject matter was seized.
(2)
The Game Warden shall pursuant to subsection (1) dispose of the subject matter of the order as he deems fit subject to any directions (if any) given by the Magistrate as to the manner of disposal.
