PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat Perintah yang berikut: "4B. Preparations for oral use containing not more than 150 milligrammes of dextropropoxyphene salts per dosage unit or with a concentration of not more than 2.5 per cent in undivided preparations." Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1981.

Seksyen 2

Part V of the First Schedule to the Act is amended by inserting immediately after paragraph 4A the following new paragraph 4B:

"4B. Preparations for oral use containing not more than 150 milligrammes of dextropropoxyphene salts per dosage unit or with a concentration of not more than 2.5 per cent in undivided preparations.".
