- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh Fasal (1) Perkara 122 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat Perintah berikut:

Hakim-hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan, selain daripada Ketua Hakim Negara, Hakim-hakim Besar Mahkamah-mahkamah Tinggi dan beberapa orang hakim tambahan sebagaimana dilantik menurut Fasal (1A) Perkara 122 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, hendaklah seramai tujuh orang.
Seksyen 3
Perintah Keanggotaan Mahkamah Persekutuan (Hakim-hakim) 1980 adalah dibatalkan.

The judges of the Federal Court, other than the Lord President, the Chief Justices of the High Courts and such additional judges as may be appointed pursuant to Clause (1A) of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution, shall be seven.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Constitution of the Federal Court (Judges) Order 1982 and shall come into force on the 1st May 1982.
Seksyen 3
The Constitution on the Federal Court (Judges) Order,1980 is revoked.
