Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan Peraturan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan (Pindaan Jadual) 1991 dan hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada tarikh-tarikh yang dinyatakan di dalam subperenggan (2) dan (3).

Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 13 Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual kepada Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957 adalah dipinda—
(a)
dengan menggantikan butir-butir yang terdapat di bawah kepala "SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES" dengan yang berikut:
"（A） PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION Per month

In the event of the Deputy Chairman or any member performing the functions of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman during a period exceeding twenty eight days, he shall be entitled to an acting allowance equivalent to the difference between his salary or fixed allowance, as the case may be, and the salary of the position he is acting in.

Acting Allowance:
In the event of the Deputy Chairman or any member performing the functions of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman during a period exceeding twenty eight days, he shall be entitled to an acting allowance equivalent to the difference between his salary or fixed allowance, as the case may be, and the salary of the position he is acting in."; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perenggan 1 dan 2 yang terdapat di bawah kepala "ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES APPLICABLE TO ALL COMMISSIONS" dengan yang berikut:
"1. SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCES:
(a)
on outstation duty for a period of twenty four hours and above:
West Malaysia, Thailand(from Phuket southwards)and KalimantanSabah and SarawakSingapore and Brunei DarussalamChairman of Public Services Commission$115 for every 24 hours$165 for every 24 hours$195 for every 24 hoursChairman and Deputy Chairman of all Service Commissions except Chairman of Public Services Commission$85 for every 24 hours$115 for every 24 hours$135 for every 24 hoursMembers of all Service Commissions$60 for every 24 hours$80 for every 24 hours$95 for every 24 hours
(b)
on outstation duty for a period exceeding eight hours but less than twenty four hours the rates for Chairman, Deputy Chairman and members of all Service Commissions shall be half the rates in subparagraph (a).

SERVICE COMMISSIONS (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1991
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations:
Seksyen 1
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 1991 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the dates specified in subparagraphs (2) and (3).
Seksyen 2
The Schedule to the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957 is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the particulars appearing under the heading "SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES" with the following:
"（A） PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION
