- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 8 (1A) Akta Setem 1949, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Jadual Kelima kepada Akta Setem 1949 adalah dipinda dengan memotong butiran-butiran 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (1A) of the Stamp Act 1949, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.
Seksyen 2
The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Act 1949 is amended by deleting items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
