Section 45
(1)
No person shall smoke any cigarette or tobacco products, or chewing of betel in or on any railway or railway premises.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
