Section 55

Any person who removes, defaces or in any way interferes with any stakes, pegs or other marks placed by or for the purposes of a railway along a railway track or contiguous thereto commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
