Section 57

Any person who wilfully rides, leads, or drives upon or across a railway track any vehicle or animal, except when directly crossing the railway track at any road or place appointed for that purpose at a time at which he may lawfully do so, commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each offence.
