Section 48

Any person who makes improper use of the emergency signal apparatus in any coach or on any train for the use of passengers to stop a train in case of emergency commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
