Section 113
Where any document is to be served under this Enactment, that document may be served –
(a)
by way of personal service; or
(b)
on the master of a vessel or on any person who appears to be in command or in charge of the vessel; or
(c)
by affixing a copy of the document at any conspicuous part of his premises or vessel or vehicle if the person cannot be found; or
(d)
by registered letter addressed to his last known address; or
(e)
any combination thereof.
