Section 114
The Director may, subject to such conditions as he may impose, exempt any person from all or any of the provisions of this Enactment for the purpose of –
(a)
scientific research or training; or
(b)
survey or economic feasibility study of any fishing activity; or
(c)
the promotion of sport fishing in the Community Fisheries Management Zone;
or
(d)
the proper conservation and management of fisheries; or

(e)
the development of fishing technology; or
(f)
educational and community awareness programs; or
(g)
stock depletion or enhancement; or
(h)
any other approved purposes.
