Section 54

of Sabah Inland Fisheries And Aquaculture Enactment 2003

Section 54

(1)

No person shall sell or place on the market any fish infected with a fish disease.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
