Section 9
(1)
Subject to rule 10, a distribution licensee shall connect a medium voltage renewable energy installation to a connection point through a medium voltage direct connection, provided that such connection is found to be technically feasible pursuant to a connection confirmation check carried out under rule 3 or a power system study carried out under rule 4.

If a medium voltage direct connection is required to be carried out under subrule

, the relevant feed-in approval holder and distribution licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Third Schedule.
