Section 16
—
(1)
A Register of all vessels registered under this
Ordinance shall be kept by the Board in the prescribed form.
(2)
There shall be charged for registration such fee as the
Minister may by regulation prescribe.
(3)
The Register shall be open to inspection by the person upon payment of a fee prescribed by the Board.
