Section 19
—
(1)
Every change of owner or master of a vessel registered under this Ordinance shall be reported to the Board by the new owner or master within fourteen days of the date of such change, and the
Board shall make the necessary amendments in the permit.
(2)
Any owner or master failing to report such change as required by subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of five thousand ringgit.
