such sums as the Government may from time to time appropriate to the Fund;

advances from the Government by way of grants, loans or subsidies;

such sums of money borrowed by the Board for the purposes of meeting any of its obligations or discharging its functions;

such sums as may from time to time be raised by the

Board by loan or by the issue of debentures or debenture stock under this Ordinance;

all moneys earned by the Board in respect of services provided by the Board or from any project, scheme or enterprise operated by the Board;

fees and charges received by the Board; and

all other sums or property that may in any manner become payable to or vested in the Board.
