Section 23
—
(1)
All moneys standing to the credit of the Fund and all moneys paid to the Board shall be deposited into such bank or other financial institutions as may be approved by the Minister.

(2)
All orders or cheques against the said account shall be signed by not less than two of such officers of the Board as may be appointed by the Board for that purpose.
