Annual report
of Sarawak Rivers Ordinance, 1993

After the end of each financial year, the Board shall submit, to the Minister within such time as stipulated in the Statutory
Bodies (Financial and Accounting Procedure) Ordinance, 1995 [Cap.
15]—
(a)
the annual statement of accounts of the Board prepared and audited pursuant to section 24; and
(b)
a report dealing generally with the activities of the
Board during the preceding financial year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board as the Minister may from time to time direct.
(2)
The Minister shall, upon receipt of that report, forward it to the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri for its consideration and thereafter, the report shall be laid before the Dewan Undangan Negeri.
