Section 24
—
(1)
The Board shall keep proper accounts and other records in respect of its operations, and shall cause to be prepared a statement of accounts in respect of each financial year.
(2)
The accounts of the Board shall be audited by the Auditor-General or other auditor appointed by the Board with the approval of the Minister.
(3)
The
Statutory
Bodies
(Financial and
Accounting
Procedure) Ordinance, 1995 [Cap. 15] shall apply to the Board.
