Section 24A
—
(1)
The General Manager may, with the written approval of the Minister, by notification in the Gazette, delegate to the Deputy
General Manager, any officers or servants of the Corporation, any of the powers and duties conferred on the General Manager under this
Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder.
(2)
Notwithstanding the delegation of powers or duties or authority under subsection (1), the General Manager, may continue to exercise and perform any of its powers, duties or authority conferred under these Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder.
