Section 27B
Licence or temporary permit to operate not transferable
Where a licence or temporary permit to operate, by reason of its terms or the provisions of this Ordinance declared not to be transferable, the licence or permit, shall be liable to be cancelled or suspended if—
(a)
the holder transfers the licence or temporary permit to operate;
(b)
in the case of the licence or temporary permit to operate issued to a company the controlling shares in the company are transferred;
(c)
in the case of the licence or temporary permit to operate issued to a partnership there is a change in the partnership; or
(d)
the holder thereof enters into an agreement with any other person the effect of which is to enable the benefit conferred by the licence or temporary permit to operate to be enjoyed by any other person.
