Section 26

of SARAWAK TIMBER INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ORDINANCE, 1973 ( Ord. No. 3/73 )

Section 26

The Corporation shall, not later than the 30th day of

September of each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the

Minister, a report dealing with the activities of the Corporation during the preceding year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Corporation.
