Section 46
(1)
When an object is registered under section 45 the Director shall issue a certificate of registration to the owner.

(2)
Upon the heritage object being ceased to be registered as a heritage object, the owner of the object must surrender the certificate of registration to the Director within three months from the date of such cessation.
