Conservation of intangible cultural heritage

Section 54
(1)
The owner or custodian of a heritage object in the form of an intangible cultural heritage shall take all necessary steps to develop, identify, transmit, cause to be performed and facilitate the research on the intangible cultural heritage according to the guidelines and procedures as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Director may enter into any arrangements with the owner or custodian of the intangible cultural heritage for the compliance with the guidelines and procedures as prescribed.
