Whenever the Assembly has been informed that the Yang di-Pertua Negeri will be present in the Assembly on a specified date and at a given time then on that day no motion for the adjournment of the Assembly shall be made before the time for which the

Yang di-Pertua Negeri’s arrival has been notified and no objection shall be taken by any

Member that a quorum is not present.
