Section 6

Save where the previous sitting of the Assembly has been adjourned to a fixed date or time written notice of a sitting of the Assembly shall be given by the Clerk to Members at least twenty-one (21) clear days before the day of the sitting but in cases of emergency the Yang di-Pertua Negeri may dispense with the necessity for such notice. In that event the longest notice possible shall be given.
