Questions to Ministers and other Members

Section 19
(1)
Questions may be put to Minister relating to:-
(a)
affairs within their Official functions; or
(b)
Bills, motions or other public matters connected with the business of the
Assembly for which such Ministers are responsible.
(2)
Questions may also be put to other Ministers relating to a Bill, motion or other public matter connected with the business of the Assembly for which such
Minister are responsible.

(3)
Assistant Minister may answer oral question on behalf of this Minister.
