Section 13
(1)
The Adult Reference Division is open to any person aged 12 years and above who wishes to consult reference resources.

(2)
The Juvenile Reference Division is open to all children below the age of 12
years.
(3)
Reference enquires may be made in person, by letter, telephone, by telex, facsimile or videotext communication system.
(4)
Reference resources are not available on loan and shall not be removed from the Reference Divisions without the permission of the Director.
