Section 24
Any person who, in any part of the library building to the annoyance or disturbance of any person using the same –
(a)
behaves in a disorderly manner;
(b)
causes a nuisance; or
(c)
uses violent, abusive or obscence language, commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or two months imprisonment.
