Section 3
(1)
The resources and services of the Library may be made available to the general public.
(2)
Lending services may be made available to –
(a)
persons ordinarily resident, working or attending schools or educational institutions in the State of Sabah; and
(b)
such other category or class of persons as the Director may from time to time determine.
