Section 14
(1)
Library resources maintained in special collections shall be used within the library building only.
(2)
Special collections maintained on open access may be consulted directly by the general public while those in closed or controlled access may be requested for by filling in the appropriate request form.
(3)
"Special collections"
include the Malaysiana, local collection, serials,
Government publications, audio visual resources or other collections which may be developed from time to time.
