Section 17
(1)
Bags, umbrellas, crash helmets and other personal belongings shall not be brought into the library building unless the same are deposited at the counter provided for this purpose.
(2)
Any article deposited at the counter shall be entirely at the owner's risk and no responsibility shall be accepted by the Director or the library staff for its safe custody.
