(2)
No person shall furnish a translation under subsection (1)
which is not an accurate and true translation, or knowingly make a translation under that subsection which is not accurate and true.
(3)
Any person who fails to comply with subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, upon conviction, be punished with a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
