Section 169

(1)
The bailiff shall make a return in Form MS 40 to every order for execution as soon as he has completed the execution and shall deliver a copy of the return to the judgment creditor and the judgment debtor.
(2)
The judgment creditor shall have the right to inspect and copy any inventory of property, sale account, voucher or other documents relating to the execution which is kept or managed by the bailiff.
