Section 173

Subject to any written law, any sum paid into Court by the bailiff to the credit of any person shall be paid out of Court to him on his application without any order:

Provided that the Registrar may in his discretion in any case and shall, if he has notice that any other person claims the sum in question or any part thereof, require the applicant to obtain an order of the

Court before making payment.
